ROYAL GUARD HANDBOOK
This is the official member handbook. Open only the subject you need; every policy explains what we do, why we do it, and how to follow it.
We are a community-focused, new-player-friendly guild with an organized path toward endgame advancement. Social play, crafting, PvP, delves, dungeons, learning groups, and roleplay all belong under one guild identity.
A welcoming guild needs direction. The shared identity prevents the community from becoming either an inactive social list or a progression group that treats new players as disposable.
Welcome broadly, participate in good faith, help people become independent, and take published team standards seriously when joining competitive content.
A friendly community only works when people feel safe asking questions, making mistakes, and setting boundaries. Clear rules also help officers respond consistently instead of improvising around friendships.
Pause heated public arguments. Move concerns to an officer or private conversation, preserve relevant facts, and avoid recruiting an audience to one side of a dispute.

Royal GuardA dependable, recurring participant in guild life.
Veteran GuardA trusted member who regularly teaches, supports, or leads.
ChampionA proven endgame contributor in PvP, delves, dungeons, or future raid teams.
OfficerA steward trusted with people, policy, programs, or operations.
Meaningful ranks give members a visible path forward while protecting permissions and titles from becoming social favors. Promotions consider conduct, participation, reliability, readiness, and service.
Officers review promotions on a regular cadence. Royal Commendations support the decision, but points never override poor conduct or lack of readiness.
Guild MasterFinal stewardship, vision, officer appointments, and serious appeals.

Members are encouraged to join guild life regularly, but there is no daily attendance quota. Post a leave notice when possible. After the published inactivity window, officers check in before changing roster status.
Active rosters make grouping and recruiting honest. A humane leave-and-return path keeps real life from becoming a punishment.
Recommended starting rule: check in near 30 days, mark inactive near 45 days, and remove from the active roster near 60 days when there is no response. Returning members in good standing receive an easy path back.
Discord announcements and the guild calendar are official. Include the date, time zone, leader, audience, preparation, signup location, and cancellation plan in every event notice. Praise publicly; coach and discipline privately.
Predictable messages reduce missed events, confusion, and public embarrassment. They also make the guild accessible to people who cannot live in voice chat.
Use the officer Message Library for recruitment, onboarding, invitations, reminders, recognition, Armory replies, inactivity notices, coaching, and warnings.
Members may talk in character, write backstories, use titles, stage ceremonies, tell tavern stories, and frame ordinary content as Guard missions. Mark out-of-character conversation when confusion is likely.
Shared imagination makes the guild feel like a place rather than a queue. It offers a creative break from everyday life while leaving room for members who prefer ordinary conversation.
Roleplay never excuses harassment, unwanted intimacy, disruption, or pressure to reveal real-life information. Consent and kindness outrank the scene.
Recruit people who match the guild’s conduct and community values, including new and returning players. Mentoring matches usually last two to four weeks and focus on one goal: guild navigation, class basics, gearing, PvP, professions, or group readiness.
Clear expectations improve retention. Time-limited, goal-based mentoring creates confidence without producing permanent carries or exhausting helpful members.
Recruit honestly, avoid spam and poaching, give prospects a real description of the guild, and match learners with mentors who actually want that assignment.
A known process protects both members and officers. It creates room for correction while allowing leadership to act immediately when safety, privacy, or the guild’s integrity is at risk.
Record observable facts, the rule, the requested change, the decision, and the review date. Appeals should be based on new information, a process error, or a clearly disproportionate outcome.
TEAMS & PROGRAMS
Each program has one job. Members can participate in several without creating separate guilds inside the guild.
PVP COMPANY
Battlegrounds, arenas, duel practice, coaching clinics, and competitive PvP teams. Open events welcome learners; rated teams may use published readiness and conduct standards.
DELVE & DUNGEON COMPANY
Beginner-friendly delves, dungeons, learning runs, and dependable endgame teams. Open groups create an entry point; consistent players may form stable teams as participation grows.
LEVEL 90 SUPPORT
Eligible members receive a practical starter package or equivalent support, a gearing roadmap, and an invitation into content that helps them become self-sufficient. The program is a launchpad—not unlimited free gear.
Public notes use a consistent profession format. Approved Guild Crafters fulfill logged requests. The guild bank accepts clearly labeled useful materials, publishes withdrawal permissions, and reserves rare resources for approved guild purposes.
A visible system helps members find the right crafter, prevents duplicated work, protects shared resources, and stops quiet generosity from turning into an expectation of unlimited labor.
Requests should name the character, item or service, intended content, available materials, and deadline. Confirm delivery in the designated Discord channel or operations workbook.
Commendations make helpful participation visible and give quieter contributors a fair path to recognition. Monthly caps and officer verification reduce farming.
Record the date, member, specific contribution, points, and approving officer in the shared operations workbook.

This calendar is live. When an authorized officer adds or changes an event in the guild Google Calendar, the schedule here updates automatically.
